Paula has been a true leader, mentor and friend to me. When I first became a Representative in March 2009, Paula was always available to help me achieve my goals. She coached me through phone calls, encouraged me to attend monthly meetings and training clinics. She also shared her jewelry in the beginning for my Home Shows to help me start my business.

Her enthusiasm and passion for this great company shows a true example of someone who loves what they do. She is committed to her team through sharing knowledge about the business, motivating us to do our best and achieving our goals and rewarding us when we do reach our goals. Not only does she inspire me to do my best, but she also believes in me!
